I became a Realtor® in 2002 while working full time the Venetian Resort,Hotel & Casino. At the time I was renting a place and I knew I wouldsomeday own a home again so why not invest my free-time into some knowledgethat one day would allow me to buy a home and earn the commission. My earlier careers in the casino allowed me to work my way up fromsecurity officer eventually to High Limit Floor Supervisor. The customerservice skills I practiced every day for 16 years has allowed me to be avery outside of the box thinker. Over the past 14 years I have integrated my years of customer service skills into my real estate practice. I find that Iam able to use them in every part of the home buying and selling experienceas I guide my clients to their goals. My experience has made me a muchbetter negotiator and that allows me to push hard for my clients while making ita win win for everyone in the transaction. While attending classes, coursesand the school of hard knocks over the years I am qualified and able to helpthe first time home buyer to the experienced investor. I have been on bothsides of the foreclosure and short sale process and know how it effects bothsides making me a capable yet compassionate resource for people needing my help. I strive everyday to learn something new as I use my real estate practiceto provide for my family. My goals consist of owning rental properties thatwill allow my family to take vacations every year and also allow me to attend allof my children's school functions. In turn these properties will allow my children to go to the college of their choice and will be in atrust for them when I am no longer able to watch over them. I love real estate!! It can be an asset in your life and a way to increaseyour net worth. You can leverage a mortgage to buy your investment propertyand make residual income. I can help you with the techniques to insure thatinvestment against fire, flood etc. to minimize your risk. You can makeimprovements to the property that can add value, for example, a bathroom or Kitchen remodel. Over time your house should go up in value as the principle goes down.
